Spray inside of jar with cooking oil spray. Break eggs into jar.
Add liquid, season and stir with a fork to scramble the eggs.
Add cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power. Stir and repeat.
When eggs begin to set around the edges, reduce cooking time to 20 seconds at 50% power.
Eggs will continue to cook after removing from oven so remove them when they still look a little wet, stir and enjoy hot creamy cheesy scrambled eggs.
