Line a shallow baking pan with foil. Add a layer of chips. Top chips with a layer of pork and drizzle pork with BBQ sauce. Add a layer of any other ingredients you like. Repeat layers. Or you can make one large single layer.
Bake at 350 degrees or place on covered grill over medium heat. Cook until heated through and cheese has melted. Adjust quantities according to the number of people and whether this is a main dish or appetizer.
