Raspberry Brownie Cheesecake Kebabs
easy last minute dessert with a Wow presentation!
Ingredients
- 2 slices prepared cheesecake*
- 3 small dense brownies iced or plain
- 6 mini Snickers bite size candy bars
- 24 fresh raspberries
- 12 short skewers
- caramel ice cream topping optional
Instructions
- Cut brownies into 1/4s, about 1 inch cubes. Cut cheesecake into 1 inch pieces. Alternate brownie, raspberry, cheesecake, raspberry and snickers on skewers. Refrigerate until serving. Drizzle with caramel right before serving if desired.
Notes
*Keep cheesecake as cold as possible before cutting, even place in freezer for a few minutes
