Raspberry Pie Filling

roll crescent roll dough
1/2
cup
white chocolate chips
plus extra for icing
Sugar Raw crystals
or sparkling sugar
Instructions
Use a silpat or a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar and unroll dough.
Seal preferations and press dough lightly into sugar on mat.
Spread dough with an even thin layer of pie filling, then toss on some chocolate chips.
Roll up dough from each long side, as tightly as possible, meeting in the middle. Place dough roll in freezer for 20 minutes.
Cut dough into 16 even slices and place them evenly spaced out on mat or parchment paper, cut side up.
Bake for 15 minutes at 375 until golden. Cool and frost or drizzle with melted white chocolate. Makes 16
