6-8
Brussels sprouts per person
olive oil
salt & pepper
Instructions
Cut off stem ends of sprouts and score with an X
Discard loose outer leaves
Place on a foil or parchment lined baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Roll sprouts around to coat with oil and seasonings
Bake at 400 degrees until the sprouts begin to char
Notes
Cut large sprouts in half so they will cook the same as the smaller sprouts
