1pkg Oreo cookes {I used red filled Winter Oreos 15.35oz}
1/2gallonpeppermint ice creamsoftened
1tub 8 oz. Cool Whipthawed
Peppermint barkchopped, for topping
Instructions
Crush cookies in a large ziplock bag with a rolling pin or food processor. Place into a rectangular casserole dish or freezer container. Spread out cookie pieces into an even layer.
Gently spread ice cream into an even layer over cookie crust. Top ice cream with an even layer of Cool Whip and top with peppermint bark pieces and sprinkles. Freeze at least 1 hour before serving
