Touchdown Burger Bombs

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
  • 16 slices bacon cut in half
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese cut into 32 cubes

Instructions
 

  • Quarter biscuits and press dough into flat thin pieces. Top dough with some meat around a cube of cheese. Enclose meat and cheese into a ball or log pressing dough edges together to seal. Wrap in a bacon piece and secure with toothpick.
  • Deep fry dough balls in 375 degree peanut oil. Balls cook quickly, 2-3 minutes. Drain immediately on paper towels. Serve warm.
