Winter Roasted Grape Salad

Ingredients

dozen red
seedless grapes, washed
1-2
heads romaine lettuce
or mixed lettuces, torn into bite size pieces
1/2
cup
toasted pine nuts
2
oz
Asiago cheese
diced
olive oil
salt and pepper
vinaigrette to taste
Instructions
Put grapes on a foil lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper and roast at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
Toss grapes with romaine, cheese and pine nuts. Drizzle with dressing to taste and toss again.
Serve immediately.
