The Organized Life, July Paint Bucket

Hello July! 🇺🇸

This month’s bucket list features lots of great recipes for the 4th of July or for any summer gathering

I posted a mini version of this list last week to help get a head start on Planning for the 4th of July

It is full of recipes using fresh summer produce

The Flavor of the Month is Stone Fruit {peaches, plums}

Savory Plum Tart

You can see all the inspiration recipes on the Monthly Paint Bucket in the July section here

Here’s what I made from the June Paint Bucket

The flavor of the Month was Ranch

If you’re looking for fast and fabulous potatoes, try these EZ Ranch Hashbrown Potato Casserole

Crunchy Cheddar Chicken from Hidden Valley Ranch turned into Ranch Picnic Chicken Nuggets

Tropical Summer Fruit Spears were inspired by Waldorf Salad on a Stick from Hidden Valley Ranch

I decided to make a more seasonal version, using fresh pineapple, watermelon, berries and peaches, and drizzle them with a sweet instead of savory dressing

Tropical Summer Fruit Spears were featured on Thursday Favorite Things, Marilyn’s Treats

You can serve these as a snack, with a brunch or luncheon, perfect for a bridal shower or afternoon tea, even as a refreshing dessert

Asian Caramel Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Pineapple Snow Pea Salsa from Carlsbad Cravings were the inspiration for Asian Peach Slaw and BBQ Pulled Pork Wrap

This recipe was featured on Full Plate Thursday, Miz Helen’s Country Cottage and Tasty Tuesday, Blogghetti

Grilled Blue Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Onions from James & Everett inspired my version, Bacon & Bleu Cheese Stuffed Vidalias, with several variations

Deep Dish Frito Pie from the Food Network was the inspiration for Fiesta Frito Pie

Instead of making Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream from the Kitchenthusiast I found a much simpler recipe from Taste of Home, which I’m calling Raspberry Dream Ice Cream, so easy to make, it’s like a dream!

Have a delicious July!
