Party Panache, Creamsicle Cheesecake in a Jar

I have an easy summer treat for you today

Creamsicle cheesecake in a jar

Crumbled shortbread cookies

layered with a creamsicle filling and whipped cream cheese

A few simple ingredients

Jello

Mixed with Cool Whip

Cream cheese beaten with sugar and vanilla and orange extract

Then combined with Cool Whip

Crushed cookies

And 1/2 pint jars

Place a layer of crumbs in the bottom of jars

Layer the creamsicle filling and cheesecake whipped cream on top

Messy work!

You could take more time and make pretty even layers,

more photogenic…

but messy or perfect they’ll still taste great!!

Once the jars are filled, clean up the edges with a damp cloth

Sprinkle a few cookie crumbs on top

Replace the lids and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set

My family will be arriving today for the weekend

These jars are tucked in the fridge ready to grab and enjoy outside

Desserts in a jar are so easy, no mess,

and empty jars go straight to the dishwasher

This recipe is adapted from Olla-Podrida
