This photo on Pinterest caught my eye
I was fascinated by how all the small strokes
came together to form flowers
I decided to paint it with markers
As you can see, my version turned out quite differently!
This is why I am always saying it’s okay to “copy” other artists,
your work will turn out to be completely your own!
I started by placing the flower centers
where I wanted the flowers to be and began working
on the darkest flower near the bottom
I added petals in different shades of pink and purple
I know that it looks like a hot mess right now
but this is when you have to be patient and keep going!
I proceeded with the yellow flower in the same way
On to the light pink flower near the top
Then came the red flower, which forgot to take photos of~
I get carried away sometimes 😂
I added dots around the flowers, and green stems and leaves
Then of course I had to add some details with a black finer pen
“Bouquet with Shapes & Dots” marker and ink on mixed media paper
Just simple shapes put together to form flowers!
