Easy Peasy Cheesy Vidalia Onion Dip
Sweet Vidalia onions pair with savory white cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and garlic for a delightful party dip that smells and tastes like heaven! Serve it with a variety of dippers and watch it disappear

Ingredients

Vidalia or sweet onions

Asiago cheese, grated {1 cup}
4
oz
White Cheddar, grated {1 cup}
4
oz
Gruyère, grated {1 cup}
3/4

quality rich mayonnaise like Duke's or Hellman's
1
Tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Dice the onions and put the pieces into a greased 1 quart baking dish
Combine the grated cheeses then add to the onions and gently mix together
Top with mayonnaise, Worcesterhire and garlic powder and gently fold them into the cheese and onion mixture, until combined as evenly as possible
Dip can be covered and refrigerated at the point for up to 2 days before baking if desired
Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 35-45 minutes or until golden and bubbling
Serve with chips, crackers, toasted bread, celery, romaine scoops, sweet peppers
Leftovers can be reheated for serving again or used as a topping for hamburgers or hot dogs
