Sear chops over high heat in hot skillet 1-2 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
Spray or line a slow cooker and add soups. Stir to mix together. Add chops and push down into sauce. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours. Meat will be very tender, and falling off the bone. Serve with noodles, rice or potatoes and ladle sauce from slow cooker over all.
