BLUE BUTTERCREAM ICING

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 3-4 T milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • blue food coloring*

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter and sugar together and add milk, flavorings and food coloring until you reach the desired color and consistency.
  • Enough for 36+ minis

Notes

*I used a pastel gel food color because I wanted a “beachy” blue. You can get a variety of colors at Michael’s or Hobby Lobby in their cake decorating section.
