Corn Salad
A simple salad with corn, tomatoes, green onions and bacon

- 3 ears corn on the cob cooked
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 3 green onions
Cut the corn off the cob and put it in a large salad bowl
Cut tomatoes in half and chop the green onions and add them to the bowl
Break bacon into small pieces and add to bowl
Season with salt & pepper to taste
Toss together and serve
Increase ingredients as needed for more or larger servings
