Lucky Shots

Ingredients
  

  • vanilla ice cream
  • Bailey’s Irish Creme liqueur
  • Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut liqueur
  • shot glasses
  • green or gold sparkling or decorative sugar
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Each serving should be 1/3 ice cream, 1/3 Bailey’s, and 1/3 Coconut Rum liqueur
  • Set out ice cream to soften in a large measuring cup while preparing glasses.
  • Stir sugar into water and microwave for one minute to dissolve sugar. Put decorative sugar in a small dish. Dip rim of glass into sugar water then into decorative sugar, turning to coat. Repeat until all glasses are coated.
  • Add equal parts rum and Baileys to ice cream. Stir until melted. Pour into shot glasses and serve immediately. Mixture can be made ahead and stored covered in refrigerated.
