Mardi Gras King Cake
This festive cake is a breeze to make with canned cinnamon rolls, cream cheese, milk and eggs. Enjoy a little Mardi Gras and make this cake part of the fun! Serve it for breakfast or dessert

Ingredients

can
8 count, regular size* cinnamon rolls with icing
1
cup
milk
8
oz.
cream cheese
2
large
eggs
1
tsp
vanilla
2/3
cup
white sugar
green, yellow and purple colored sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut unbaked rolls into 1/4s and place into a sprayed 9" x 9" baking dish
Beat cream cheese with sugar until well combined
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla and blend in
Pour batter over roll pieces in dish
Bake for 30 minutes or until set
Let cake cool for 5-10 minutes then ice cake with the icing that came with the rolls. Top with sprinkles
Store covered at room temperature
Notes
*if you use Grands cinnamon roll, dish size and baking time will be longer
