Place graham crackers close together on lined pans
Sprinkle nuts evenly over the tops of the crackers
Melt butter with brown sugar in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly until thickened, about 2 minutes. Stir in vanilla
Spoon sauce over the crackers and nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes
Remove from oven and let sit for a few minutes, then transfer to cooling racks
When crackers are cool break into smaller pieces
Store in an air tight container
