Summer Peach Pizza with Prosciutto, Burrata & Basil
fresh peaches with tangy prosciutto, creamy buttata, accented with basil

- 1 peach sliced
- 2 naan individual breads
- 4 oz. Burrata cheese {or fresh Mozzarella} cut into pieces
- 2 oz. prosciutto
- 1-2 oz. shaved or shredded Parmesan
- 2 tsp olive oil
- fresh basil for garnish
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze {available in the vinegar section} optional
Brush naan bread with a little olive oil.
Top with Parmesan, Burrata, peaches and prosciutto.
Add a little more Parmesan on top.
Bake at 400 10 minutes. Garnish with basil and balsamic glaze.
