Party Panache, Italiano Morsi

I’ve been busy this week hosting the Gulf Coast Bloggers

It was a challenge getting ready for the September meeting at my house the day after Labor Day

After  throwing my family out the door Monday morning  encouraging my family to leave early to beat the traffic Monday,  I got busy  shoveling toys and laundry  prepping for the meeting

This simple little Italiano Morso, Italian bite, is something you can assemble in minutes

It looks pretty and can be eaten in one bite~ Perfect for parties, tailgates, picnics, any type of gathering  🏈

I used Pepperidge Farm thin white bread, toasted and spread with a thin layer of pesto, and cut into small squares.  A small piece of Asiago sandwich sliced cheese, 1 piece of salami folded and a piece of sweet red pepper

Endless possibilities here, but the secret to these morsi is to not get carried away, and keep them truly bite sized

Be sure to have bowls or jars about for handy pick disposal, adding picks to relay the message

I served the Italiano Morsi in margarita glasses

Unexpected serving pieces can really elevate a simple dish to party fare

You can place them in several areas, by the drinks, on side tables or in several places on the buffet
