Take-out Tuesday, Loaded Salad Dip

Here is another recipe we really enjoyed last week

it’s a dip version of a modified Chef’s Salad or Cobb Salad

It has a cream cheese and sour cream base

seasoned with Ranch seasoning mix,

then topped with lettuce, bacon, corn,

tomatoes, cheddar and blue cheese

Sooooo good!!

It’s easy to make too~

First mix softened cream cheese with sour cream and Ranch seasoning

I used a large shallow bowl so I could place the dip in the center

and have space to surround it with chips

Mix well then form it into a large round flat layer

in the center of the bowl

Chop lettuce, tomatoes and bacon and remove corn from the cob

Sprinkle it all over the mixed dip

and top it with grated cheese and blue cheese crumbles

Place chips around it

Start dipping!

Leftovers are good too!
