Party Panache, Rosemary Mixed Nut Tartlettes

This is a great little party bite we enjoyed over the Thanksgiving weekend

They are a little sweet, a little savory, a little sinful and the rosemary makes them feel like

the holidays  🎄

and BONUS, they are super fast and easy to make…

Arrange the premade fillo dough tartlette shells on a parchment lined baking sheet

Next make the caramel coating by boiling butter, brown sugar and cream

Add nuts

I used deluxe mixed nuts {and picked out the filberts} and some dry roasted peanuts

Add fresh rosemary and stir to coat everything

Spoon filling into shells and bake

Don’t worry if they overflow a little, that’s what the parchment is for

Store them covered at room temperature

These will keep for 3-4 days

Because they are savory, salty and sweet, they are really perfect anytime

My son in law ate some for breakfast!

Enjoy!

Psst, here’s two other fast and festive party bites using these shells

Rotel Pies  are full of cheese and bacon with tangy mayo and spicy Rotel Tomatoes & Green Chilies

Italian Cream Tarts are like mini cannolis, with creamy ricotta, almond paste, chocolate chips and pistachio nuts

Get your party hat on!   🎉
