Do you watch the Kentucky Derby, usually on the first Saturday in May?
Last year it was moved from May to Labor Day
and we had a lot of Derby Day fun at our Delayed Derby Party
This year it’s May 1, a mere 2 weeks away
I’m not sure if we are going to have a gathering
due to the boys’ hectic baseball and soccer schedule…
but, here are potential food ideas~
