it is hot hot hot!

I have been enjoying the flower filled Painted Birdhouse
as a Summer centerpiece in the foyer
It is the perfect spot to enjoy a cool Summer luncheon…

made with orange juice and champagne
Peach Palmer is a twist on the Arnold Palmer cocktail
It’s made with peach vodka and iced tea
You can substitute Simply Peach Juice for the vodka
for a non alcohol version
Romaine Spoons with Pear Compote are light and refreshing
BLT Skewers are like mini bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches
without the bread
Tropical Fruit Spears can be dressed up
with chopped macadamias and a drizzle of a sweet vinaigrette
Pimiento Cheese Cookies with Strawberry Jam
are a tasty sweet and savory version of cheese straws
