This recipe is a version of the ever popular sausage balls and perfect for breakfast, brunch, appetizers or tailgating
3 ingredients, and it couldn’t be any easier
Canned biscuits, maple sausage,* cheddar cheese
*or use regular or hot sausage
Mix cheese into sausage and roll into balls
Flatten biscuits** with your hands and cut into 1/4s
Stretching dough with your fingers, tuck into a sprayed muffin tins and top with a sausage ball
**I used Grands, large biscuits, but if you want to use regular size canned biscuits, only cut biscuits in half
After baking at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, you will have irresistible cheesy bites
Some of mine slipped around a little, but no worries, they were still gobbled up!
