Tablescapes, Sparkling Snowflakes

After a sweaty December our temps have dropped
Some of us are very happy about it
It’s a sparkling snowflake celebration!
The snowman lantern sits atop a bonfire log like a king
Surrounded with sparkles and baubles and bling
Paper lace doilies form flaky place mats
Just right for this snowy habitat
Cool shades of blue add an icy chill
But this ice is easy to melt at will…
Candles are glowing
And it just started snowing!
A dusting of coconut has fallen
And it won’t be long until it is all pollen
I like a snowy January, snowmen and cool blues
But please keep the real stuff away, that’s always bad news!
Raise your arms in delight
For the sparkling flakes of white… ❄️ ❄️ ❄️
I wish you only happy snowy experiences this year~ I’m going to try to be at the beach, out of winter’s reach!

Love your sparkling and snowy table Jenna! Your lantern centerpiece with the lights is snow-much fun! Your green distressed surface of your table is perfect for whites, aquas and silver. I have to confess that I would love to see some real snowflakes this winter 🙂
Pretty setting and colors.
This is charming-is there a brand name on bottom of snowflake plate? They are so pretty. I also loved your Santa children’s pictures-the baby with Santa was too cute! So many precious children! Happy New Year. Bama
Your poem is just too cute, like the snowman! We are happier cooler too with several nights in the 20s to stop the apple trees from budding and put them back in dormancy.
I like cold weather for about 1 week, then I’m done 🙂 Stay cozy Carole! >
What a great idea to use the paper doilies as snowflakes! Love this setting!!!
Lovely table Jenna, and just perfect for the cold weather. I love winter blue, it’s one of my favorite colors. It is always a good idea to head south to the beaches when it gets to frosty here at home!
Are you getting ready for tomorrow night?
Ready!! Heading back to Bham to watch with friends! RTR! >
You’ve made Alabama very wintry! Are you up for tomorrow night’s game?
YES! >
Hi, Jenna! I love, love, love everything about this table. I collect snowmen, so you had me at the centerpiece! But your snowflake dishes are a real find and your doilies are perfect snowflakes. Love all the hues of blue: perfect for a winter table. Bravo! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
Thanks Rosie!! I love snowmen too, and couldn’t resist bringing a little January snow to the beach! >
Your snowman lantern is really cute Jenna! With the exception of a couple days it’s been very mild here too:@)
Beautiful table! Love the log as a centerpiece with those gorgeous snowflakes! The blues and browns are gorgeous together!
Beautiful table…I ♥♥♥ all the aqua, Jenna! That is the cutest snowman…and he does look regal perched on the log.
It sure isn’t sweaty here, unless you are sitting directly in front of the fireplace…it is bitter cold, but no snow…what little we got has finally melted.
Have a great week!
Thanks Marigene, stay cozy by that fireplace! >
Funny, how fast time is passing you are right the cold and snow will be pollen soon!! LOL! Go Bama Go tonight!
Thanks Bonnie! Aren’t we all so proud of BAMA today!! >
Love, love, love! I can’t say enough about the perfect colors for a winter scene…wonderful touches of snowflakes with the placemats and coconut…whimsical snowman and bonfire. Score!
Thank you Bev! >
