Take-out Tuesday, Italian Biscuit Bundt

“I thought we were having garlic bread Gigi, that looks like a cake!”

exclaimed Super Boy

This is such an easy way to make garlic bread, and such a fun presentation

All you need is a can of large biscuits, butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning

Melt butter and season to taste

Cut each raw biscuit into 4 pieces

Put 1/2 of the pieces into a well greased bundt pan

Drizzle with 1/2 of the butter and cheese

Repeat layers and bake

Invert cooked biscuits onto a plate for serving

Help yourself with your fingers or you can cut into slices

The cheese and biscuits on the outside is a little crunchy, and on the inside it is soft and buttery. Best of both worlds!

You can add more cheeses, bacon pieces, ham, crumbled cooked sausage, chopped vegetables, anything you want!  Watch toward the end of baking time, you might have to adjust for your oven and additions.

The boys loved this…

“We’re having cake for dinner Gigi!!”
