Tablescapes, Pink Peonies

What do you do when pink peonies come your way?

Why you set a table of course, where they can be on display!

The weather’s been so crazy lately,

rainy then sunny, you just never know

But it’s nice and cool inside for the flowers to put on a show

Flowers are blooming on glasses and napkins

We’ll be comfortable here, no matter what happens!

Won’t you join me for dinner, a nice summer meal…

We’ll be surrounded by flowers, some faux and some real

The pink peonies have so much appeal!

Thank you for joining me on this June summer day

and I hope you enjoyed the flowers today!

Jenna, peonies deserve a table set in their honor and how fabulous that you found such gorgeous ones at TJ’s. Your table is beautiful in bloom and I know the fragrance is heavenly. Wishing you a lovely Sunday!

  2. Bernadette says:

Lovely tablescape. Peonies are such a fleeting season and their scent should be savored.

Pink Peonies–one of my all time favorites. These are gorgeous–wish I had some for a table today–gathering for granddaughter’s bday. The years are flying by–let us savor every moment and smell all the flowers!

  4. The pink peonies are lovely! I love your green bowls.

How lucky you are to have found these peonies. What a beautiful tablescape. That bouquet’s fragrance must fill the room!
    Have a wonderful week!

  6. I’ve always had trouble bringing in peonies because of the ants. When Rick had some he actually sprayed them with Raid before bringing them inside. It worked — but sort of defeated one of the main reasons I love them — the fragrance. Your arrangements are wonderful! (I wonder how florists do it?)

  7. LOVE those gorgeous peonies – especially with your great custom wine chiller/vase! And your poetry always makes me smile! Thanks, as always, for the inspiration and the fun!

  8. Just gorgeous Jenna – pink peonies bring back fond memories!

  9. Mary says:

Love peonies at your table Jenna! I love items that are multi-purpose and chiller makes a wonderful vase. I wish peony season was longer and that I had a Trader Joe’s nearby. Wishing you a wonderful week ahead ♥
