Party Panache, New Years Party Food Ideas

With Christmas less than 2 weeks away,

that means the New Year will be arriving soon

Here are some fun ideas for continuing

the holiday celebrating into the New Year

Charcuterie boards not only make an impressive presentation,

they are fun to make

There are infinite possibilities and combinations

Anything goes,

and you don’t even have to cook!

This is a cute and simple charcuterie clock

made with crackers, salami and cheese

This charcuterie board features a clock face

drawn on a wheel of brie with an edible marker

and clock hands cut out of paper

source

This clock board is fancied up with mirrored miniature disco balls

and star shaped bowls, gold star picks, and cheese stars

This charcuterie board spells out the New Year

with cardboard numbers

You can spell out a New Year’s message

with cheese letters

Or state the New Year with chocolates!

Or with salami and cheese cubes

For 2017, I used Almond Spirals on a platter

You can also do a Snowman themed charcuterie board

as we ease into January

This dessert board has sugared donuts,

sugared blueberries, cookies

and white chocolate dipped strawberries

as well as a few savory elements of prosciutto and brie

Next time you are having a gathering,

think charcuterie~

Merry Merry!

Looking at this I have just had a rather complicated day turn the other cheek to make me smile! Great imagination and what fun! And I don’t need a New Year’s gathering to enjoy charcuterie ever, ever, ever . . . 🙂 !!!

Jenna, I’m sorry to be so late in commenting. These charcuterie boards are nothing short of amazing and agree that they are all works of art! We rarely make until midnight on NYE, but they would also be great for a New Year’s day celebration. Pinning and thank you for sharing!
