Creations, Dot Painted Pillows and Candy Corn

This is an easy way to paint fun letters on just about anything
Dot letters are so easy to do, and if you make the letters uneven and tilted on purpose, you get a great result every time!
Practice on a piece of paper to get the feel of it and space out your letters
use the tip end of the brush handle, the bigger the tip end, the bigger the dot
You can use a pencil guideline
or not
After you plan and practice your design
You are ready to go!
I picked up some inexpensive pillows, 2 for $20, they had white dots already on one side and were plain on the other side [Home Goods]
Perfect!
This method works great for candy corn too
A row of four yellow dots, then 2 rows of 3 orange dots, then a triangle of 3 white dots
Candy Corn!
Paint away!
Don’t be scared!

I used regular acrylic paint for these pillows, for small areas like dots it’s not necessary to add textile medium or use fabric paint
