Creations, Simple Wreath Makeover

When I was cleaning the garage recently, Refreshing Spaces for Spring, I found some old wreaths that I almost tossed, but then I thought wait, maybe I can redo these to freshen them up~
The section on the far right is where I hung things I want to redo
The square wreath, upper right, I bought from Williams Sonoma years ago. After being out in the elements off and on, it was looking sad~
Spray paint!
I sprayed it with several coats of gloss white and decided to pair it with pink
I have had a major case of hot pink lately
I made a bow with some wide fabric ribbon and painted the berries
I felt it needed one more thing so I added a yellow green stripe to the center of each leaf
Welcome to my front door
This wreath got a new beginning for spring
So think twice before you toss!
Any day now there will be another new beginning and everything will turn baby blue 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by!

So inspirational your talent is! You totally remade that wreath. And I cannot get over how CUTE your garage is painted! You don’t miss an inch of creative fun – do you? 🙂 Best wishes for the new baby too!!!!
ha! Thanks Jodi! My husband loves to tell people that I will paint anything that doesn’t move 🙂
Love it!
What a transformation! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Kathleen!
very nice…love the pink & white!
I am in major crush over square wreaths. But, do I ever think to buy one when I’m at HobLob? No, I’m too busy using coupons for curtain lining or trim! I love how you gave your wreath new life! It looks so pretty with your flowers, too. Happy day with baby boy on the way! You are blessed. 🙂
Thanks Kim! I love square wreaths too! We are indeed blessed… my daughter has been having contractions for over 2 weeks, and I’m a nervous wreck!!! >
Very sassy! That little guy is taking his time isn’t he:@)
Jenna, I love how you gave the leaves a painted stem and the berries a fresh coat of pink for spring! Your paint brush is never still 🙂 Hope the baby blues arrive soon!
Great transformation. The pink is so cheerful and spring-y! Thanks for sharing at the #HomeMattersParty 🙂
