Tablescapes, Bird’s Nest Soup

“Why are we going to kill eggs Gigi?”
“No, silly, we’re going to dye eggs, that means color them”
“OH! Okay!”
Then I got an idea for a table using their sweet killed eggs and some bird’s nests
What recipe would I serve, why of course, Bird’s Nest Soup would be best!
A fresh light concoction would fill up these bowls
Served with plates of delicate lemon filled egg rolls
Did you know that in the authentic recipe for Bird’s Nest Soup
The main ingredient is, Ta Da…
Real bird’s nests 😱
Not kidding, Ha Ha!
Now I am going to plead innocent here
I’ve never had Bird’s Nest Soup
I always thought it was just noodles and broth that was clear
You can click here to get the real scoop
Since learning about this soup and it’s secret ingredient,
I think I’ll make salad, it’s much more expedient…..
I hope spring is springing where you live!
