Take-out Tuesday, Inside Out Berry Pie

It’s effortless
It’s cool and creamy
It’s full of berries
It’s got cookies 😋
It’s summer in a bowl
Put it in the freezer
The perfect summer treat!
I call it inside out pie because instead of making a cookie crumb crust and filling it with the whipped cream mixture, I just tossed everything together, a perfect 5 Minute Prep recipe for lazy summer days!

INSIDE OUT BERRY PIE
Ingredients
- 8 oz bag mini oreo cookies*
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries {I used raspberries and blueberries} plus a few extra for garnishing
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz Cool Whip thawed
- juice from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Fold sweetened condensed milk into Cool Whip and mix.
- Add berries and lemon juice. Add cookies and mix again.
- Put mixture into a dish or pan and cover tightly. Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.
- Let sit out a few minutes to soften before serving. Scoop out into bowls like ice cream.
