The perfect summer treat!

inside out berry pie

I call it inside out pie because instead of making a cookie crumb crust and filling it with the whipped cream mixture, I just tossed everything together, a perfect 5 Minute Prep recipe for lazy summer days!

Inside Out Berry Pie

  • Servings: 8-10
  • Difficulty: extra easy
  • Print

8 oz bag mini oreo cookies*

2 cups fresh or frozen berries {I used raspberries and blueberries} plus a few extra for garnishing

1 can, 14 oz, sweetened condensed milk

8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

juice from 1/2 lemon

Fold sweetened condensed milk into Cool Whip and mix.  Add berries.  Add cookies and mix again.  Put mixture into a dish or pan and cover tightly.  Freeze at least 4 hours before serving.  Let sit out a few minutes to soften before serving.  Scoop out into bowls like ice cream.

*use as many cookies as you like, I used about 3/4 bag

This recipe was inspired by and adapted from Kitty’s Kozy Kitchen, thank you Kitty, my family loves this!
