Fearless Friday, Merry Signs

Are you feeling festive after feasting or are you resting and nesting?
Since I was lucky enough to be a guest instead of a hostess this year, I had time to get a jump start on some holiday crafts
I nabbed some left over wood scraps from our recent construction
And while we were waiting on the deck being finished, I got busy with a paint brush
Don’t these make you feel Merry Merry? 🎄
These signs were inspired by some things I found on Etsy
ho ho ho letters from Allseasonz
Use a light colored pencil to lay out the placement of letters and shapes
Candy cane stripped Hs and patterned ornament Os
This snowman jar from NatalieLdesigns inspired my joyful snowman, he’s an optimistic chap, always looking up 😆
The idea for fa la la tree came from looking at Pinterest and magazines
I did a mock up first in PicMonkey, it’s a a great tool to use for design. You can quickly move things around, and try out different colors and fonts
I’m going all black and white for Christmas in the city this year
with a lot of fa la la-ing and plenty of jingle
And snowmen will be playing a big part ⛄️
You can see these Merry signs in place during the week of December 5 when I’ll be part of the Holiday Home Tour and Blog Hop put on by Celebrate & Decorate
You won’t want to miss it!
Oh! and stop by on Sunday for a beachy holiday home tour
I hope you will have a lot of Ho Ho Ho and fa la la in your holiday decorating and will be jingling around your home!
Be Fearless!
Juicy Details
wood/black semi-gloss wall paint

Thank you Emily, I’m sorry to had to comment several times, sometimes it sets comments aside for approval, don’t know why! We are getting ready for the big game today and not quite in the Christmas spirit yet…RTR!
Jenna, I love your festive signs! Your snowman is adorable and the weather actually feels a little more seasonal and like a snowmen wouldn’t melt here this morning compared to our 76 degree temps on Thanksgiving day. 🙂
Love the signs!
