The Organized Life, December Paint Bucket

Happy December!
Since Thanksgiving fell early this year, it feels like we have a whole extra week to prepare for Christmas and the holidays, plenty of time for lots of cooking 😆 😂 😆 I know, right?
What is plenty of time anyway, and please tell me where to get some…
This month I’m starting a new feature called Flavor of the Month
The flavor of the month will be a seasonal ingredient, or flavor that will be featured as a monthly theme and will show up in at least one recipe, and possibly part of a tablescape, creation, decor or painting tutorial
December’s Flavor of the Month is Gingerbread!
Here are the recipes I am using for December inspirations…

French Onion Zoodle Bake sounds like a winner Jenna! Happy December:@)
Jenna, I love your flavor of the month idea and since gingerbread is a favorite of mine I approve of your first choice! Think of everything you can do with it, cooking and decorating! Your list of recipes to try has me drooling and hungry! Can’t wait to see them. As far as ‘plenty of time’ I think that the more time I have, the more I plan to do so it somehow never quite works out! You can’t be as far behind as I am this year! I did think I had so much extra time and now I am in trouble! So what am I doing? Well reading my favorite blogs, of course! Linda
So many yummy ideas!!!! Look forward to trying some. And thanks for featuring my beer chicken. 😉
Wow — sounds fabulous, Jenna. And what’s not to love about gingerbread? Ginger is one of my faves!
Gingerbread is one of my favorite flavors of the Christmas season Jenna! I’m looking forward to seeing your creations in the kitchen and at the table 🙂
This is an amazing collection of ymminess! I don’t even know where to start clicking first. Thanks for planning my entire holiday menu!
You’re always up to something delicious and fun. It looks like December will be no exception.
I have been dreaming about those orange glazed stuffing balls wrapped in bacon ever since you first posted about them! Gosh, they sound so good, and you just confirmed it. Having said that, this list of recipes is almost overwhelming, so many, so little time!
Thanks Rita, they are a new favorite! I made them for a football party last weekend and put each one in a mini muffin paper and didn’t use toothpicks at all. I assembled them in the am and stuck them in the fridge and then microwaved them, they were still fantastic!
Lots of goodies here and all of them look so good. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
Jenna, you have chosen a favorite flavor for me. I started making gingerbread boys with our son when he was three, it is our tradition and at 31, he is still all in for our gingerbread baking! Can’t wait to see how you use the flavor of the month!
Thanks Pam, my son and I want to tackle making a real gingerbread house for his boys this year, I might need your help! >
I just love your organized thinking. I’m more of a fly by the seat of my pants girl…which means that I don’t always accomplish as much as I’d like. 😉
ha ha, it’s a constant battle 🙂
Oh, my goodness! Once again, everything looks delicious. I look forward to your new feature. And, looking forward to your gingerbread flavor of the month! How fun!
Thanks Kim, Merry Merry!
