Creations, Fanciful Bunnies

“You’re not going to leave those plain are you…” he stated
“Well… I do have an idea…” I said
“You’re going to paint them aren’t you” he declared more than he asked
“Not exactly,” I replied
You see, I saw the most adorable papier maché bunny over at Purple Hues and Me
I just about ran to Hobby Lobby for supplies 🏃♀️
Clever, crafty Gail made her bunny form out of a liter bottle, coat hangers and several other things, but I opted for the easy way and got wooden bunnies
Decoupage paper and cocktail napkins in a variety of patterns, but in a similar color palette, were applied and sealed with Mod Podge
I decorated them with paper flowers
then sent them back to the studio for paint
A pedicure
Aqua eye shadow, pink cheeks, and golden freckles
“I knew you were going to paint them!” he announced triumphantly!
“I bet you could sell those for $$$!” he exclaimed
Men are always all about $$$…
I’m all about the cuteness…
“You know your daughter is going to want one,” he said
“I know,” I replied, “that’s why I made two…”
thanks for hopping by!

Oh the cuteness!!! I ADORE your bunnies, Jenna! The decoupage patchwork with the napkins is so colorful and fun but your painted touches with their freckles, cheeks and flower accents takes them over them top! (=^Y^=)
