Take-out Tuesday, Hoisin Chicken, Grill or Slow Cooker

This chicken is perfect for a busy weeknight,
a lazy Sunday or a Saturday night BBQ
You can throw it on the grill or into your slow cooker

AND!
Here’s the best part, it’s only 3 ingredients!
Skinless boneless chicken thighs,
a bottle of Sweet Chili Sauce and a bottle of Hoisin Sauce

Put the chicken into a large zip lock plastic bag or deep bowl
Pour 1/4 cup of each sauce into a measuring cup
and reserve for basting

Pour the remaining sauces over chicken and let
the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours

OR put the chicken in your slow cooker and pour both bottles of sauce over it
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours

Grill chicken over medium coals until done,
basting with reserved sauce during the last few minutes

{time will vary due to your grill, so use a meat thermometer to test for doneness}

If you’re cooking the chicken in a slow cooker
and you want a little crispy char
you can put it on a baking sheet
and stick it under the broiler for several minutes
or simply serve as is

Dinner’s ready!
