Recipe Box, Pumpkin Recipe Round-up
When I think about Fall,
one of the first things that comes to mind
after pumpkins themselves,
are pumpkin recipes
Today I’ve rounded up some of my best ones
to get you in the pumpkin mood!
Let’s start with appetizers,
then we’ll go to soup, main dish and dessert
Parmesan Pumpkin & Bacon Spirals are made with pumpkin puree,
cream cheese, bacon, Parmesan, garlic and sage
rolled up in crescent roll dough, sliced, and baked
They are perfect for football watching or any fall gathering
I also like to serve these
Pumpkin Pie Surprise Quiche Minis for appetizers~
savory little 2 bite pies

Loaded Pumpkin Slow Cooker Chili
has a whole can of pumpkin puree,
but you really don’t taste it,
the pumpkin provides a velvety texture and a little sweetness
to offset the heat from the fire roasted tomatoes
and chili beans

Pumpkin Alfredo Ravioli is one of the top favorites
It’s super easy to make,
full of wonderful flavors with Italian sausage ravioli,
pumpkin puree, Alfredo sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
It’s also very family friendly, my grandsons love it
Autumn Risotto is heaven on a plate
If you’re not a fan of bleu cheese you can use Parmesan instead
Pumpkin Alfredo Bacon & Gruyère Puff Pastry Pizza
is a savory combination on a soft and flaky crust
with pumpkin Alfredo sauce with bacon
and flavorful caramelized onions and fried sage
Savory Pumpkin Enchiladas are one of my very favorite pumpkin recipes
Chicken and green chilies are wrapped in tortillas
with a creamy pumpkin sauce, covered with cheese, and baked

Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake with Maple Buttercream
is a wonderful Fall dessert
It’s made with a box of Spice Cake Mix
that is amped up with pumpkin puree, toffee bits,
white chocolate chips and maple syrup
You can also make individual pumpkin cupcakes like these
Mini Pumpkins with Brown Sugar Glaze

Time for all things pumpkin!

Good morning, Jenna. I love pumpkin, only wish my family did. I made risotto last night and to have added pumpkin would have been delicious! Thanks for this round-up!
That was a heart-stopping game last night! RTR!! Happy Sunday!
They would probably never know pumpkin was an ingredient in these recipes if you didn’t tell them! I didn’t get to watch the game, we have DirecTV and they just lost their contract with ESPN, it is so frustrating!
Oh no, I know that is disheartening to not see the games.
On my way home from a trip, the airline just served a delicious (surprise!!!) meal of beef with a side of Pumpkin! It was somehow so good! It wasn’t a puree, but a roasted slice. I was immediately intrigued and thought, “I need to learn to make more pumpkin dishes.” Leave it to you to read my menu mind! thanks Jenna!
Are you back from Italy? I just read your post about Bob’s wallet, yikes! I used to think I didn’t like pumpkin, but really you would not know it was there in these recipes, it just adds another layer of flavor, and all of these are really good. I can’t believe the airplane had it as part of the meal!!
I’m not even pumpkin’s biggest fan but I’m seeing a lot of things that look really tasty! I will have to give some of them a try!
These are all really good Jeanie!
The pumpkin desserts are to be expected, but the other pumpkin recipes are surprising. I wasn’t hungry when I started reading your post, but I am now!
Thank you Linda, these are all really good and the pumpkin doesn’t overwhelm it just adds another layer of flavor~
Great round-up for everything pumpkin! The pumpkin ravioli looks delicious. But the Pumpkin Bundt Cake has my name all over it!
Thanks for all the great pumpkin inspiration!
Thanks Nancy, these are all really good!
