Take-out Tuesday, Fall Flatbreads
I was going to make Pumpkin Ricotta Flatbread
from Carries Experimental Kitchen to share with you today
I often change up the recipes on my bucket list,
to make them my own
I decided to use Alfredo sauce instead of ricotta,
and perhaps top the flatbread with ham or bacon,
and season it with sage instead of thyme
😲
Wait a minute, I’ve already made that!!
Pumpkin Alfredo Pizza with Bacon & Gruyère

😂
Anyway, it’s very good and worth mentioning again
Here are some other flatbreads that have the flavors of Fall
This pizza is full of fall flavors with honeycrisp apples,
caramelized onions, roasted garlic, maple sausage,
roasted butternut squash,
all melted together with extra sharp cheddar
and a sprinkling of bleu cheese
Flatbread with Prosciutto and Apple
features a flavorful roasted garlic crust with caramelized onions,
and topped with apples and prosciutto

Pumpkin and Sausage Naan Pizza
is topped with a creamy pumpkin sauce,
sausage, Gruyère cheese and pepitas

Cranberry Flatbread is topped with cranberry sauce,
sharp white Cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, pears and walnuts
You can also add turkey or ham
It’s a perfect way to use holiday leftovers!

So when you’re thinking “what’s for dinner?”
Think flatbread!
I will be joining these fabulous parties and blogs:
