Party Panache, Red, White & Blueberry Brunch!

What are you doing for Memorial Day? A picnic, or maybe a parade? We will be on the coast with family and I like to get a head start on food plans so our weekend will go smoothly~
I was playing around with some red, white and blue things the other day
and I got a little idea…
how about some mini blueberry pancakes
stacked with strawberry slices
and drizzled with blueberry syrup
Seriously
and maybe some syrup on the side for dipping
and served on the porch of course
overlooking the sugar white sand and the bright blue sea
Now it won’t be quite this calm or neat around here over Memorial Day weekend, with busy, noisy, family members around, but it’s bound to be a lot more fun!
The pancakes pictured here were made with good old Bisquick, eggs, milk and fresh blueberries and Smucker’s Blueberry Syrup.
We even reheated some leftovers the next day in the microwave and they were delicious again!

[…] Red White & Blueberry Mini Pancake Stacks […]
Hi Jenna~ I wish I had a mini stack of strawberry and blueberry pancakes this morning! Psychologically I always feel better about eating when it’s in miniature form, LOL! What a wonderful spot to spend Memorial Day with the sand, surf, and sun! I’m chuckling at your comment about only buying two, I’m an idiot too 🙂 Love your RW&B glass! I’m glad to Country Originals is still around under a new name, I thought Katrina did them in. I used to buy from them years ago, Happy Memorial Day to you & your family!
Looks deliciously patriotic, Jenna!
This looks like a great way to start the day! Bet you’ll have a lot of fun next weekend-enjoy:@)
I wouldn’t say you’re an idiot, but you SHOULD be flogged, tarred, and feathered for not getting more of those cool square plates!!!!!! 🙂 Somehow when I first laid eyes on the patriotic plates, I just knew you had created those. They’re neat!!! The stemware is, too!!! It’s so great that you have that talent so that you can custom-create like that!
I’ll arm wrestle you for that fish vase. Whaddya say? 😉
Thanks Alycia, I’m not much of an arm wrestler so I think I’ll just keep my little fish vase!
I have been worried about you in all the tornado weather these days, please stay safe!
Jenna
How cute is that! I love pancakes =) And that view you have; wow!! Looks like you are going to have a great Memorial Day!
I hope you can link up to our DIY link party about Memorial Day http://wp.me/p29oQX-13e It goes live Monday Morning at 8 AM
Oh my goodness… how cute are these little pancakes. You really make them the star of the breakfast table. LOVE the red and blue!!!!
What a fabulous table and such darling presentation! I never thought to serve mini pancakes in a goblet like that. Now everyone would adore this presentation. You are just too fun.
Very creative! Your presentation takes them over the top.
“I only bought 2 because I’m an idiot” LOL
I always do that & want to kick myself afterwards.
Your little mini pancakes are fabulous and to serve them in a beautiful goblet is sheer genius. What a wonderful setting and presentation. Thanks tons for joining Inspire Me. Hugs, Marty
I love your mini pancakes! Everything is always cuter in mini version! I also love all of your
Americana decor!
Oh, I don’t know what is more enticing, the stack of pancakes and berries or sitting at that darling seaside table. What a perfect spot for any meal!
Had to smile at your “only bought two comment”. There are only two of us, so sometimes that’s what I do too. Usually a mistake! ‘-)
Happy Weekend! ~ Sarah
Omg, so glad you gave the info on those glasses! Love them to pieces. I am so happy you have such a beautiful spot. It’s truly a blessing. Thanks for letting us enjoy it vicariously. What a cute idea with the mini pancakes!!!! Love the two comment.. something I have done and then have it bite me in the rear… so I just start with 12 these days.. or actually 18 as the family has grown. LOL Have a blessed and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend. xo marlis
What a cute patriotic setting! Love the idea of the pancakes, strawberries and syrup! Love that stemware!
These look delectable and the patriotic goblets are such a perfect setting.
– The Tablescaper
Fabulous location and what a fun tablescape! Glad you used the large patriotic goblet with the mini pancakes and then the square plate. Hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day with friends and family!
Pam
I just made a beeline to pin the adorable idea of the pancakes in the decorated goblet. I can not wait to try this. I love the whole post!
Cute table, Jenna. I think those mini pancakes with sliced berries sound delicious…and I wouldn’t feel guilty eating more than a couple!
Have a great week…
