Tablescapes, Pears, Poms and Daisies
Everywhere you look Spring has sprung~ bright colors and flowers all over the place
These bright pear towels caught my eye, reminding me of blue summer skies and cool fruit salads
I had just the plates to use them with
They are much too big for napkins or placemats so I laid them out as sort of a half runner for each place
And let them hang off the table edge so most of the pear would show
The bright colors are so energizing and fresh
We have actually been springing into summer around here,
temperatures have been in the low 80s
I couldn’t resist including some bright and happy daises
When I first bought these plates several years ago I thought they were lemons

Anyhoo, now that I know they aren’t lemons, but pears, I embraced the whole pear thing totally
well, maybe just a couple of lemons, you know, for old times sake…
and added popping poms and daisies

Beautiful blue color and I love the pattern on the plates. Using the fruit and flowers with the dishes really gives this table a wow factor! Love it and makes me want to set a pretty spring table soon…..

I had to chuckle again at the lemon-pear “old times sake” Jenna 🙂 Your towel makes a fun runner and I love your bright color combination of the yellows and blue with an accent of green button mums! We had a couple days of 80s but we’re cold again now and with April showers this week.

Beautiful setting. I love the plates. What a wonderful use of the pear towels. They go so well with the colorful pear plates. It is so bright and cheery and really makes me smile. Love the use of the pretty flowers. Such a great job.
