Here’s what I made from the February Paint Bucket

Mini Pepper Nachos turned into Taco Tuesday Dip

Broccoli and Cheddar Stuffed Potato Skins with Avocado Cream from Food Network turned into Broccoli & Cheese Smothered Potato Boats, and were featured at Loriā€™s Culinary Creations

Polenta Cakes with Sundried Tomatoes, Kale & Mushrooms from Whole Foods turned into Mushroom Topped Polenta.Ā  This was just sauteed mushrooms atop sauteed polenta, and rather bland…it needs work so I didn’t share it with you

Air Fryer Fried Chicken was another culinary disappointment.Ā  The air fryer was returned and I’m sticking with my more traditional cooking methods
