Creations, H O P !

Since I’ve been doing a lot of hopping around lately,
I was inspired to create a HOP sign for Easter
Large letters seem to be all the rage, and I found these simple wood ones at Target
A sketch, carrots and a bunny face
Eggs and a chick 🍳 🐣
Color
Ready to paint 🎨
I’ve always had a thing for carrots, I just think they are so darn cute!
They are super easy to paint
- Load a fat round brush with bright orange and make a wavy long stroke, starting at the top left
- Dip the same brush in yellow or yellow orange and make another long wavy stroke down the right side, letting the colors blend
- Next, touch up the carrot tip if necessary and add some quick strokes for the carrot top with green and yellow
I turned the eggs on the P into bunny paw prints 🐰 🐾
A quick light spray of aqua on a rough pallet sign and some E6000 glue
Ready for some Easter fun!

Love your HOP creation Jenna. It really is so cute and shouts spring! Wish I had your talent! Oh, I have to mention how much I love your bunny pillow and the black cabinet……….
Aren’t you sweet, Emily! it looks like another day of adventure in Alabama weather, stay safe- >
No surprise, I am saying it again! You are so creative!!! I love it, Jenna!
You are toooo much, Jenna. Love your new HOP sign. I have a major disconnect when it comes to an artistic idea that comes to my mind and tries to come out through my fingers: no art ability at all!! I’m so impressed by your talent: you think of an idea, plan it and BINGO it becomes a reality! Bravo! Rosie @ The Magic Hutch
Love! And I must have that bunny pillow! 😉
Looks like you’re ready for Easter:@)
Jenna, you make it look so easy, I never could even draw stick people! Love it and your creative talent!
Super cute! Thank you for the tutorial. I can’t wait to try them.
Absolutely adorable Jenna! I love the nose and ears painted on the “o”! I need to get hopping on all things bunnies and Easter 🙂
Love the letters on the palette! We used to have so many palettes laying around and got rid of them. Of course that was many moons ago. Those are a hot commodity now and I really like how you used them. Keep the projects coming please!
thanks Sandra! >
Oh man. These turned out so cute!
Thanks for joining Cooking and Crafting with J & J!
Adorable! I love the way you painted bunny ears on the O! Very fun. I’ll bet the grands love it, too!
Thanks Kim! I was going to just paint white egg “polka” dots on all the letters, and ended up getting a little carried away… >
Oh my gosh, the letters are so cute! I love the you planned them out on paper first too. So cute!

I love, love these most adorable letters!
You are so organized to make a pattern first-I am impressed with that.
Too many times I just rush into my projects…not good!
