In honor of Miss CC’s 3 year birthday today, I am posting a round-up of party ideas and easy crafts that might inspire your next party, shower or special occasion
It’s A Girl’s Thing was the theme of her mom’s baby shower
Bright pink nail polish hid in tissue filled stamped bags for the hostesses
A diaper wreath and banner were made with wooden letters and pom poms. The letters are from Hobby Lobby, and you can find a good tissue pom pom tutorial here and a yarn pom pom tutorial here
Everyone needs a Birthday Tree!
We celebrated her 1st birthday with a chalkboard sign
and a crown
A Birthday Cake Banner or Table Runner
And a party in the park with a personalized banner
When she turned 2, there were Chalkboard Flower Pots
Another candle on her cake
And a ballerina painting for her room
This basket from A Southern Blossom is a super cute idea for any girly party
And how about these ice cream cone balloons from Apartment Therapy…
I love this paper flower creation from Creative Jewish Mom, it’s made out of cupcake papers and paper plates!
CC’s getting 2 new paintings for the frames in her room,
Keeping the crown and switching out the baby lambs and lollipop trees for her monogram and a paint bucket. She’s quite the little artist!
The 11″ x 14″ frames are hung on the wall, letting the wall color be the “mat” for the 8″ x 10″ canvases
I’ve added another candle to her birthday cake
She’s ready to celebrate!
Pretty soon she’s going to need a Hair Bow Organizer!
And a place for her Necklaces!
