Holidays, Coastal Christmas

Welcome to day 4 of the Celebrate and Decorate Holiday Home Hop!
It brings me great JOY to have you here!
We don’t spend much time at our coastal home during the holidays
But we love to decorate and enjoy the holiday decor over New Year’s and into January
I made this tabletop tree years ago, it sports an aqua feather boa, and bright beachy ornaments
It stays decorated and quickly stores away on a shelf in the closet
Set in a boxwood wreath it is surrounded by gifts, vintage VW buses, & a surfin’ Santa
Right before Christmas last year, I found a 5′ tree on super sale at Target
I planned on making and shopping for decorations throughout the year…
All of a sudden it was mid November…😱
Hobby Lobby to the rescue!
Starfish ornaments, fish, and mermaids,
Seaglass floats, a garland of starfish and one of pearls,
I found a treasure trove of coastal things, at bargain prices
The tree is silver and came with white lights
It fits perfectly between the glass doors to the porch
So it’s always in our view
I know the mad trend is pick up trucks with Christmas trees
but this Santa in the convertible Cadillac stole my heart
{by the way, he’s listening to Elvis crooning “Blue Christmas” on the radio}
This seafoam green soft ruffled fabric does double duty covering the tree base and the small table it sits on
Looking in, looking out, the reflections of the sky…
it’s so pretty at night!
The best part about a pencil tree is that it fits just about anywhere and
doesn’t need boxes of decorations to fill up the branches
The Holiday Pineapple pillow matches the pineapple painting on the wall peeking out behind the tree
it’s paired with a Pink Poinsettia pillow
See all Holiday Pillows available here
Across the room the table is set for Santa and me
Jolly plates from Mud Pie, Christmas napkins and painted glasses
The kitchen island is set with an arrangement of seasonal plates and flatware ready for grabbing
Practical, functional decorating, plus a wonderful way to enjoy your pretties!
This nativity came from a local gift shop several years ago and it’s one of my very favorite things
These beachy Santas have been gifted over the years
Isn’t one of the best part of the holidays the memories recalled as you unpack the decorations?
Happy Holidays!
Please enjoy these other incredible Holiday Homes, Thank you Chloe!

Lovin’ your new nautical aqua ornie tree Jenna! It’s really perfect for the shore-enjoy:@)
Thanks Lynn!
Great, new tree, Jenna! I do like the slim trees for tight spaces, AND the fact that you mention about not requiring a lot to fill it up. Your beach home looks so inviting, and I bet it’s a great place to extend the holiday. But I’m not sure I could handle decorating two homes! Hopefully that slimline will also slide right into a closet! Love those Mud PIe plates.
Thanks Rita, the beach house is easy to decorate because it’s so small and everything is stashed conveniently in a guest room closet so it takes no time…our other house still has pumpkins by the front door, I’ve got to get busy!
Jenna, your beach home is a dream year round! Love how you pull out your surfin santa’s and Elvis in his convertible for your theme. Everything looks so fun and inviting, the evening view is stunning! Great table for you and Santa too………..
We had fun decorating Emily, HH likes it more than I do, he loves to get up early and turn on the tree!
Wow, where do I start? Your beachy Christmas decorations are amazing. Santa riding in the convertible Cadillac under your coastal tree with your signature aqua accents is darling. From your handpainted pillows, beachy gifted Santa’s, your artistic and colorful Nativity, handpainted Santa goblets I had a great time viewing your coastal Christmas.
My eye fell immediately on your Alabama Santa! So cute. Are those plates still available?
Yes, just click on Mud Pie and it will take to the link on Amazon. I found the Alabama Santa at a gift shop in Fairhope last year, isn’t he cute?? Thanks Bonnie!
Jenna, your beach home is truly decked out with so many wonderful decorations, where do I start?! The tabletop tree with the feather boa and beach ornaments is so perfect and I love that you can store it and then pull it back out. Your silver slim tree is gorgeous, but Santa in a Cadillac convertible is the cutest ever! Love you table for you and Santa, and the island is ready for family and friends! Of course, your pillows are amazing! I absolutely love your coastal Christmas…I would be hard pressed to come back north!
Lovely Jenna, I, too live near the beach and I love your convertible Santa…every year I put our full size Santa in our convertible and put a bag of toys in the passenger seat as a welcome to guests for our annual Christmas Party. Your cute little Santa reminded me of that and I love the slim tree. Your decorations are definitely beach-y and I love it. It is always fun blog hopping with you.
Love your coastal decor. You really scored at Target and Hobby Lobby. Two of my favorite places, too.
SWOOOONING over so many things! ADORE the santa in the cadillac especially!!!!
I love your nautical theme! Makes me miss living in Florida for so many years!!! Loved spending the holidays there! It was fun blog hopping with you!
Very cute beach theme, fun for a coastal home. Yes, the memories are priceless!
I love your coastal palette. Those blues are my favorites and they look so right by the sea! Just lovely!
I love the beach bum nutcracker! And I am really enjoying seeing how you can even in a warm climate create a wonderful christmas feeling….. And I love Hobby Lobby…I always make sure to go there when I am in the states
Happy Holidays
Jenna, I’ve been smiling from ear to ear looking at your beach house Christmas decor! That Santa in the convertible cracks me up! I love it!!!
I love your tree and the beautiful colors that you have used. The Santa in the convertible is my favorite. You have done a great job decorating your home.
I adore your casual coastal Christmas Jenna! Relaxing with a water view in January after the hustle and bustle of the holidays is the best Christmas gift. Your pencil tree is perfectly sized and suited for you! Love the inside and outside views of your tree and your beachy ornaments from Hobby Lobby! I’ve admired many of those ornaments there and the price can’t be beat. My hubby is a gearhead and we have a small collection of Santamobile figures and ornaments, in fact I pulled some off the tree today for Monday’s table. 🙂
Coastal Living with your beautiful Christmas Flare! Makes for wonderful memories!
Darling tree, love the beach theme and Santa in the Cadillac is awesome! The looking in, looking out window picture is beautiful!
People are accustomed to waiting for, the Christmas bells to sing and chill in the snowy night sky, holding roses, singing and dancing outdoors and their beloved.http://rongyao.ebcoo.net/product/christmas-doll-student-snowman-parachute-new-year-pendant-strap/
Thank goodness for Hobby Lobby, huh? I’m with ya, girl! I have made 3 or 4 Hobby Lobby runs this season trying to finish out my decor. They have such a wide variety! Doesn’t matter if you’re into coastal or pickup trucks or dogs or fishing or whatever…they’ve got something for everybody. Your tree turned out great! The skinny trees are so cool!!! All the bang without all the belly! 🙂
I love seeing variations on the truck with the Christmas tree in the back and your Santa in the convertible is terrific and fits your theme perfectly! That slim tree looks wonderful with the aqua and white colour scheme. It’s true, unpacking the ornaments and special treasures every year is a fun experience and takes one right down memory lane. So enjoyed my stop here on the Blog Hop!
Your beachy Santas and nutcracker just cracked me up! What a fun way to decorate, so completely different from where I live with the snow – so it makes me smile. I do live on the water but its an inland lake – so my husband has a thing about no sea things like star fish and shells – its a lake not an ocean – So I have to just admire yours!! And if you live were it’s warm, of course Santa should be in a convertible!!! Love it! Thanks for sharing your home on the hop!
Jenna, your coastal Christmas decor is so pretty and cheerful! What fun to enjoy the holidays in such a wonderful place! I love the idea of the festive plates and accessories displayed and ready for a quick bite. I’m going to borrow that idea! I hope that you and your family have a wonderful and happy holiday season!!!
Loving the coastal motif. That skinny tree you found? I love that, it could fit almost anywhere and is gorgeous. I may have to treat myself to those Jolly Plates too. They are calling my name!
What a fun place to decorate for the holidays! The 5′ pencil tree you got is great and hooray that Hobby Lobby came to the rescue for you! Your decor would fit right in at my house! thanks so much for being a part of another blog hop and Merry Christmas!
The sea foam green is so pretty and your decor is lots of fun. I really like Santa in his ride. It’s been fun blog hopping with you again and thanks for sharing this at Celebrate Your Story.
