Jenna, I have thoroughly enjoyed September’s flavor of maple and look forward to October’s “Halloween”! Since I love risotto, the pumpkin risotto with goat cheese, pancetta, and cranberries sounds divine. Happy Sunday!
You are so nice Pam, and yes I must try this risotto!
My mouth is watering! Everything looks delicious. Can you believe October is so close? Yikes!
thanks Pattie, and no I can’t! It still feels like summer here, we are going to go into shock when all of a sudden it’s Thanksgiving!
Looks like you will be creating magic in the kitchen and at your art table for October! 🎃👍
thanks Jill!
I’ve got to copy that maple cake before I forget. Would it work as cupcakes, I wonder?
Yes! I have made mini cupcakes with this recipe, reduce baking time to 10-12 minutes for minis and a little longer for regular cupcakes, check directions on mix
Everything is always delicious at your house Jenna! ♥
Thanks for sharing at the What’s for Dinner party!
