Welcome and come on in!
Did you know that surrounding yourself with holiday decorations
dramatically increases your happiness?
I have been merrily decorating!
A Christmas forest on the mantel makes me smile,
as does my Sweet Home Alabama Cotton Tree
I found the deer at Target in the Dollar Spot,
aren’t they cute?
My Holiday Shadow Box is up there too
On the fire place screen there’s a gingerbread stocking ornament
full of sweet treats š
A festive Ho Ho Ho sign is behind the love seat
reminding us all to be jolly!
The secretary shelves hold more trees
and favorite whimsical decorations
Mini lights come on at night
I couldn’t bear to put away
my black and white pumpkins
so I dressed them up with Christmas ribbon!
The bar shelves hold Christmas Cottages,
mischievous elves, Christmas glasses and more
There is a Christmas tree cookie jar on the kitchen island
along with oversized ornaments
It’s easy to move things around a little to set up a buffet
The top of my art desk has a tiered tray
full of trucks with trees
and more trucks driving about
There’s a Santa count down calendar in the kitchen too,
where I put little surprises for the boys to find every day
I put my Christmas cards up all around Santa
so we can enjoy them all month long
Frosty is taking his annual Christmas bubble bath
in the powder room
A choir of Burlap Angels is singing away on the hall table
Yesterday was my birthday
and I celebrated with my BFF and her husband
who both have December birthdays too
HHjr cooked us a delicious dinner
and we sat at this festive table
set with sparkling candy cane ornaments
and silver packages

Oh my goodness I love your Snowman in the tub. I have a snowman head that goes on a white Christmas tree but I didnāt have a place to put him this year so I was going to wait till Christmas decorations come down and my collection of snowmen go up but tomorrow he is going in the tub with a new body of some sort.
