12 Valentine’s Day Dessert Minis

I have been all about Valentine’s Day lately,
and of course Valentine’s Day means something sweet!

You can still indulge in dessert without too much guilt
if you serve a small bite or mini dessert

Petite Cheesecake Boules {boules is French for balls}
are a satisfying tasty treat
Plus they’re made with frozen cheesecake
You form the cheesecake into balls
and can top it with chocolate or caramel sauce
You can mix the cheesecake with butterscotch or chocolate chips
You can dip the balls in melted white chocolate
and top with a raspberry
You can place the cheesecake ball into a strawberry
and give it a chocolate drizzle
Endless Possibilities!

Or how about Peppermint Mouse Mini Parfaits
a chocolate wafer crust topped with a creamy mousse
and peppermint candies

Strawberry Cheesecake Cookie Cups
are sugar cookie cups filled with
cheesecake and strawberries

Frozen filo dough cups are filled with chocolate chips,
a light ricotta cream, orange zest and pistachio nuts

Only 2 ingredients, peanut butter and Cool Whip
are combined and frozen for a sweet treat

Lite Cannoli Dip with cookies and berries
can be served in a large bowl surrounded by things for dipping

or in individual bowls on small plates
or in a tea cup!

Mini Coconut Cupcakes are one of my favorites
and they can be dressed up for any occasion

Strawberry Topped Lemon Tartlettes
are easy to make with
crescent roll dough, lemon curd and cream cheese

Valentine Chocolate Ravioli
are made with pie crust squares
filled with peanut butter, chocolate
and butterscotch chips and Valentine sprinkles

Last year I made a Peanut Butter & Bacon Valentine Snack Mix
that was a big hit with the guys!

Even if you don’t have a Valentine celebration,
treat yourself to a little bite of something sweet!
