Party Panache, Caramel Mascarpone Martini

Heartfelt prayers and prayers for Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas and anyone in harm’s way as they are impacted by Hurricane Ian, as it makes it’s way north. Thank you to everyone for being concerned about our coastal home, we were fortunate not to be in the path this time, and it is heartbreaking to see and hear about all the loss and damage… ❤️

On a much happier note…

This just might be the best dessert ever

AND

It only takes ONE MINUTE to make!!!

You are about to become a rock star!

All you need are 3 simple ingredients

Mascarpone cheese, caramel sauce and toffee bits

You can make this in a bowl

but it gets it’s wow from serving it in an individual glass

I used martini glasses

but you can use a wine glass or any stemmed glass,

a pretty tea cup or ramekin

Use 2 spoons to put the mascarpone in the glass

Make some ridges and dents in the creamy cheese with a fork

and then drizzle with caramel

Top with toffee bits and add a little more caramel

Serve it with crisp apple slices and small cookies for dipping

A dainty spoon is nice too because trust me,

you will want to spoon this directly into your mouth!

Make 1 or as many as you need!

Make ahead and refrigerate

Perfect for buffets or seated dinners

Variations:

Chocolate syrup with chopped peanuts, apple slices and cookie dippers

Raspberry syrup and white chocolate chips, with fresh raspberries and cookie dippers

Butterscotch syrup with butterscotch chips, with apples and cookie dippers

Chocolate syrup with chopped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups and Nutter Butter cookie dippers

Butterscotch syrup with chopped Butterfinger candies and vanilla wafer cookies

Make it in a large shallow dish for multiple servings and put the dish on a platter with a variety of fruit and cookie dippers

As you can see, the possibilities are endless!

Create your own combo!

Enjoy!!

A perfect dessert for caramel lovers Jenna! Everything tastes better out of a stemmed glass and with a pretty spoon. 🙂 Glad you didn’t have to worry about Ian coming your way this time. Thoughts and prayers for those in Florida in its path. We’re keeping our fingers crossed Ian is not another Hugo that came ashore in Charleston and wreaked so much havoc for us.

  2. What a fun and tempting dessert! Prayers for the people in Florida.

  3. What a delightful treat! Love the presentation, and I bet it was well received!

  4. Jessica says:

Very inventive. Love you pumpkins, too.

  5. Very nice presentation and it looks yummy!

  6. I’m so glad you aren’t in the path this time, Jenna. Rick’s dad is in Punta Gorda (well, his house is; fortunately, right now he’s in North Carolina). We hope the house is still there but in any event, it’s probably a mess. Very relieved for you.

    • Thank you Jeanie, and I’m glad he’s not there but now North Carolina is going to get hit too…I fear his house in Punta Gorda is going to be heavily damaged…Prayers for all 🙏

  7. The devastation in Florida is horrific. Praying for those who have been impacted with unimaginable loss.

What a fabulous and easy dessert presented so beautifully. I must make this and thank you for sharing, Jenna!

Such a delicious easy treat. I’m glad you were bypassed by Ian. It kept running through my mind that you had really just recently gotten repairs completed on your dock and pool! I’m glad you are OK.

  9. Kim says:

Oh my, this looks simply delicious and so easy Jenna! Pinned for sure! And yes indeed, prayers for all who were in Ian’s way. What horrific damage he caused. So glad you were spared and so sorry for those who weren’t!

This looks so good! I’m so glad that the hurricane missed us, but my heart breaks for those that were in its path. Experiencing Katrina when I was younger makes me that much more sympathetic to those who lose everything they own in a disaster. Thanks for sharing on Crafty Creators!
