Party Panache, Ritz Cracker Sandwiches

I have seen lots of recipes for Ritz Cracker Sandwiches

floating around Pinterest and I wanted to give them a try

They are delightful bites,

and lighter than little sandwiches on buns like sliders

You can make them in many different ways

I used ham, salami, pepperoni and Manchego cheese

with a butter Dijon sauce and a variety of seasonings

Place half of the crackers on a baking sheet and top with meat,

folding or cutting it to fit

It doesn’t have to be perfect

Top the meat with a piece of cheese

You can use any cheese you want,

Swiss, Cheddar, or whatever you like

You can also use different cheeses,

like Mozzarella with Pepperoni or

Swiss with Ham

Place another cracker on top

Mix up the butter mustard sauce

Spoon or brush it on top of the cracker sandwiches

Sprinkle with topping of choice

I used Everything Bagel Seasoning

on the ham and salami sandwiches

and Italian seasoning on the pepperoni

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes

Serve warm

These sound like a delicious snack! If I were making a smaller number for just 2 people, I think I would cook it in the air fryer.
